Thanks for shopping with Matix Clothing.com. We hope you enjoy your purchase but in the case you are not satisfied we offer easy returns. Please read over our return policy below, fill in the blanks on your return form and send your items back to us.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30days
- Return form must be included
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
- We are not responsible for lost returns with outside shippers.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- We make every effort to process the refund as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.
- Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange for an alternate item, simply place a new order online at matixclothing.com.

Securely repackage your items. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package

PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to request a tracking number from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Typical turn around is within 24 business hours of placing your order. All orders are shipped FOB Westlife Distribution USA LLC.
For Express shipping options: Orders must be placed by 11am Pacific Time in order to be shipped same day. All Express orders placed after 11am will ship the following day.
